You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our facility. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at anuraaj65@gmail.com or contact us at +91 8278877170. If the order has already been handed over to our shipping partner, we will be unable to process a cancellation.
Since our vinyl stickers are consumable physical goods, we do not accept returns for "change of mind." However, if your TibetanKeys Master Kit arrives damaged, defective, or missing items (such as the cleaning kit or tweezers), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
If your cancellation or return is approved, a refund will automatically be processed to your original method of payment (via Cashfree). Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.
